As the data controller for this website, we accept the commitment to process the information of our users and clients with full guarantees and in compliance with the national and European requirements that regulate the collection and use of the personal data of our users.

It is prohibited to use the website for illegal or harmful purposes, or for purposes which, in any way, may cause harm or prevent the normal functioning of the website. With regards to the content of this website, the following is prohibited: the reproduction, distribution or modification, total or in part, unless you have our authorisation as the legal owner; any violation of the rights of the provider or of ourselves as the legal owner; the use of the same for commercial or advertising purposes.
In the use of The Oddity website, the user undertakes not to carry out any conduct that could damage the image, interests, and rights of The Oddity or third parties or that could damage, disable, or overload The Oddity portal or to prevent, in any way, the normal use of the website.
However, the user must be aware that the security measures of computer systems on the Internet are not entirely reliable and that, therefore, The Oddity cannot guarantee the absence of malware or other items that may cause alterations to the computer systems (software and hardware) of the user or to the user’s electronic documents and files contained in the same, even though all the necessary means and the appropriate security measures to avoid the presence of these harmful elements have been put in place.

Intellectual and Industrial Property
All trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs of any kind that appear on the website are the property of The Oddity or of authorised third parties, without it being understood that the use or access to the website attributes to the User the rights over the said trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs.
Similarly, the Content is the intellectual property of The Oddity or of third parties, without such rights being understood as transferred to the User, in accordance with that set out in the privacy policy.
Responsibilities
The Oddity is not liable for any damages or losses of any kind caused to the User that arise from failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that result in the suspension, cancellation, or interruption of the website services, either during the provision of the same or beforehand.
The Oddity is not responsible for the information and other content integrated into web spaces or pages of third parties accessible from The Oddity website through links or hyperlinks, or information and other content integrated into third party websites or pages that are accessed through links or hyperlinks to The Oddity portal or any of its web pages, or the information and contents of any third party web page having the appearance or distinctive signs of The Oddity, unless expressly authorised to do so by the latter.
The Oddity also assumes no responsibility for damages, losses, claims or expenses, caused by:
- Interferences, interruptions, failures, omissions, telephone breakdowns, delays, blockages, or disconnections in the operation of the electronic system, caused by deficiencies, overloads and errors in telecommunications lines and networks, or by any other cause beyond the control of The Oddity.
- Illegal interference through the use of malign programs of any kind and through any means of communication, such as computer viruses, etc.
- Improper or inappropriate use of The Oddity web pages.
- Security or navigation errors caused by a malfunction of the browser or by the use of versions of the same that have not been updated.
Applicable Law
This legal notice is governed in every sense by Spanish law, and the New European Regulation on Data Protection 679/2016.
For the resolution of any conflict that may arise through accessing the website, the User and The Oddity expressly agree to submit to the courts of the city of Girona, waiving any other general or special jurisdiction that may apply.
Law 34/2002 of 11th July, Information Services and Electronic Mail will also apply to these conditions.
