Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping within Spain

Domestic shipments are delivered within a maximum of 3 business day

International Shipping

International shipments are delivered within a maximum of 1 week, depending on the destination country and the selected shipping service.

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: Czechia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and France.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or customs procedures.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@theoddity.eu with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
